PRC Equity Fund was created to open that door — buying Texas assets at a deep discount to value and developing projects we know from the ground up, then sharing the income with our investors every single month.

A real estate entrepreneur, speaker, and trainer with 30 years of business experience and more than 20 years in commercial real estate, Mr. Williams sets the Fund's investment strategy and leads acquisitions, development, and capital formation.
PRC Equity Fund is managed by PRC, Inc. with asset management by Pioneer Realty Capital, LLC — a commercial real-estate firm in Arlington, Texas overseeing more than $30 million in multifamily assets. We are finalizing our 2025 financial-statement audit and engaging FactRight for independent third-party due diligence.
